Firearms training is conducted at a firing range in the Tampa Bay area to be determined at class time.
Please complete the contact form below and include the Full Name of the student who will be attending the class, phone number to include area code and the student's e-mail address.
Please fill out all information to include when you'd like to take the course and we'll usually get back to you within 24 hours,
7 days a week. We will also typically answer until 9PM if you send us an email or a chat.

CANCELLATION OF A CLASS BY PSG SECURITY ACADEMY )
PSG Security Academy reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to a class, for any circumstances beyond the PSG's reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of a class itself. PSG's maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the class registration fee. PSG accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.

NO REFUND POLICY
​PSG Security Academy, LLC has recently instituted a strict NO REFUND POLICY. There is no wiggle room on this.
If you can not attend your pre-registered and pre-paid class, you can reschdule it for a future class within a 3 month period with a $50 reschduling fee.
Any classes scheduled outside that 3 month window will require full payment. All classes must be attended consecutively in the same week.
There are also no refunds if you change your mind once class had started for any reason or because you found out during class you're
not elligible for a Security D or G License due to: Previous arrests/criminal records, drug/alcohol abuse or immigration status.
Please check with the FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Legal Department first at fdacs.gov if unsure about your legal status.

EJECTION FROM DUE TO DISCPLINARY ISSUES, RANGE SAFETY VIOLATIONS OR FAILURES
​​PSG Security Academy, LLC does not give refunds for failures of any tests or range qualifications. D and G class final tests will require a rescheduling for a re-test on the next available class date and a re-test fee of $50. Range failures or ejections, for any reason, can be re-scheduled for the next available range day and require payment of $75. If you are renting gun and ammo you will again have to re-pay for those fees.
If you are ejected for Discplinary Issues, you will not receive a refund so don't ask. We expect our students to be adults and professionals.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Prior to class: Participants may request to have their registration transferred to future class without penalty up until three days prior to the class.
Day before, Day of, or after a class has started: Transfer requests received less than three days prior to class will not be eligible for a transfer or refund without written request to psg.ceo1@gmail.com . There are no refunds given for rescheduled classes and students may not request a rescheduling request to try to circumvent the 30-60 day partial refund policies above.
Do not book and pre-pay for the class unless you are sure that you can attend the class.
